What we do
We replace end-of-life processors (PLC-5, SLC 500, Modicon 984, GE 90-30, Siemens S5) with a current, supported platform (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff/TwinCAT, or Codesys-based, depending on what fits your plant). Every retrofit includes a new UL 508A listed panel, full documentation (BOM, wiring diagrams, I/O schedule, as-built drawings), and on-site commissioning so the line comes back up on schedule. Where it makes sense, we preserve your existing logic and re-platform it rather than rewriting from scratch, which keeps cost and changeover risk down.
